Freemasonry and the Savior Christ | Building Heaven on Earth and the Kabbalah | Did Satan Inspire the Holy Scriptures?
Freemasonry and all forms of secret esoteric movements across religions are foster-siblings, nourished from the breast of Kabbalistic and Hermetic wisdom.
Freemasonry as an Organization: The Templar Guardians and Zionism
Today, we discuss Freemasonry. What people know is that the word "Freemasonry" is derived from the French *Maçon*, as it originated in France after the Templar Knights withdrew there following the end of the Crusades and the rise of Islamic influence over the Eastern Byzantine Empire. This prompts us to explore two topics: Who were the Templar Knights, and what is Freemasonry?
The Templar Knights were an organized and armed esoteric group formed as a response to the Crusades against Islam, initially aimed at protecting Christian pilgrims traveling to Jerusalem. However, as they evolved, they absorbed numerous Gnostic, Kabbalistic, and Jewish beliefs, especially after seizing ancient Egyptian secret knowledge. The Templars justified their path by claiming to follow Christ in order to control the Holy Land — Jerusalem and its surroundings. They built specialized mountain fortresses that were difficult to access due to the terrain, allowing them to resist both the Abbasid Caliphate and the small emirates around Palestine.
The Templars, named after Solomon's Temple, adopted many Kabbalistic beliefs, as the Temple represents a spiritual and human system by which Solomon governed the "Land of God," spanning from the boundaries of Persia to Libya, or from the two rivers from the Nile to the Euphrates, currently known as "Greater Israel." This idea is symbolized in the Israeli flag by two blue stripes representing the rivers and a six-pointed star with Gnostic and Kabbalistic meanings. This brings us to Zionism, a movement founded in the late 19th century with the goal of dismantling the last Islamic caliphate, the Ottoman Empire, and encouraging Jewish migration to Palestine. Zion refers to a mountain symbolizing Christian salvation and the Jewish Messiah.
Freemasonry is the legitimate heir of the Templar Knights. After the collapse of the Templar organization due to political factors, a cell emerged that transferred the secret knowledge and wisdom the Templars acquired during their stay in the East. Their movements and places of residence are scattered between France, England, and eventually the United States.
The United States represents the first Masonic civilization model, which we will soon clarify, along with the Masonic thought and its overlap with secret esoteric movements in Islam, Christianity, and Judaism.
Freemasonry as Thought and Doctrine: The Brethren of Purity and Secret Esoteric Movements Building the Ideal City
Freemasonry represents construction, or building humanity as the first architect built the universe, then building a fraternal society that follows the teachings of the architect. This is reminiscent of the Brethren of Purity and Loyal Friends, which we discussed in a previous series. This was a secret movement attributed to Islam a thousand years ago during the Abbasid Caliphate, based on similar esoteric ideas.
The concept of unity of existence, or the idea of divinity manifesting in matter, proposes that matter is as eternal as God and that divinity is a high degree of purity in matter, with the soul as a form of eternal material. The Brethren of Purity had a hierarchical structure with four ranks, similar to the Masonic order established later, as we discussed, to protect esoteric knowledge and apply it in building their divine state.
The resemblance between the Brethren of Purity and Masonic ideas is due to the fact that secret movements during the Abbasid Caliphate were connected to Ismaili Shia doctrine, which considers any state not ruled by the hidden Imam as demonic. This is tied to the messianic idea of an awaited Mahdi, a Kabbalistic and Hermetic concept promising a savior embodying divinity, similar to the actions of the Assassins under Hassan-i Sabbah.
Most people are unaware of the Masonic infiltration in the fundamentals of their religious practices. All forms of replacing what is known as divine law with human-made laws are Masonic plans, as Kabbalistic doctrine denies revelation outside of human material. Since they believe in divinity within, like the esoteric Shia and other esoteric sects, sacred texts are mere texts for the general public. True revelation is individual to each person after entering the esoteric journey. Legislative systems, whether democratic, elitist, or aristocratic, serve as vehicles for these movements to build their state, awaiting the coming savior, represented by a temple or pyramid that is the "ideal city" for them, where their teachings prevail.
Building Heaven on Earth, Energy Sciences, and Denying Prophethood and Sacred Texts
Believers in these teachings do not believe in prophethood because, to them, prophethood is an ordinary level granted to those who call for their teachings. The highest rank in their Grand Masterhood is the embodiment of divinity, as seen in Fatimid history with the Caliph al-Hakim bi-Amr Allah. This is considered heresy by traditional religious laws and viewed as outright Pharaohic and Samaritan infidelity. Therefore, traditional religions view the savior in these secret movements as the false messiah promising heaven on earth. The spiritual revival movement beginning with the New Age movement in America preaches the Savior Christ according to esoteric views, while outwardly it is considered the Antichrist. Any spiritual teacher of esotericism would say their aim is to create heaven on earth, while any priest or sheikh would say that heaven comes after death and resurrection, and this earthly life will end. Meanwhile, esoterics believe in the eternity of this world. We return to Hassan-i Sabbah, who cleverly managed to construct his version of paradise at Alamut Castle and was the keyholder to it.
The difference between the two groups is fundamental. Esoterics view religious books and laws as instruments of misguidance inspired by Satan to lead people away from truth, which lies in secret knowledge.
The legend of hidden knowledge was widespread in the era of the ancient Egyptians and Greeks. Figures like Pythagoras, who held Masonic ideas, passed on secret knowledge from teacher to disciple, ensuring it remained safeguarded. Similarly, Shia Muslims believe that Prophet Muhammad passed on the esoteric interpretation of the Quran to Ali, the appointed guardian and Imam of the esoteric, who possesses supernatural insight and sees God. This concept of divine embodiment allows the Imam to alter the apparent legislation in revealed scripture.
