Christ Consciousness in Linguistic Readings
Peace. I am always amazed by the precision of terms. I was reflecting earlier on the meaning of the word "Messiah" and found it encompassing linguistic roots.
The word "Messiah" is derived from masaha (to wipe), and in language, it means passing the hand over something smeared to remove it, thus erasing and eliminating it. The word is in the fa'il form, which denotes someone who consistently engages in a particular action as a continuous attribute inseparable from specific events, making it a natural and permanent characteristic. The "y" in the word indicates a temporal continuity, hence the Messiah wipes away sins.
If we delve deeper into the meanings of the letters that make up the word, we find the following:
The Mim (Ù…) signifies the completion and fulfillment of deficiencies, encompassing and embracing them (hence the Messiah eliminates deficiencies and evils by wiping away sins and shortcomings, leading a person to their perfection. The Mim is open, indicating that the process of completion and fulfillment extends in space-time).
The Sin (س) signifies harmony and coordination between the laws of creation established in time and cosmic existence. (Sin's laws derive from the composition of the letter itself, S. Y. N (س ي ن), with the Nun representing formation and creation, i.e., cosmic laws. Additionally, since you have encompassed and gathered the laws in one correct system, you have gained mastery and control. This is why Christ Consciousness is the Word to which the cosmic consciousness responds, as it is the source of all laws).
The Ha (Ø) signifies the magnification of motion, encompassing, and growth. Here, it refers to the magnification of the motion of the Sin, i.e., the magnification of expansion and control. This magnification requires spatial expansion, thus implying extension and broadening (this is why I said Christ Consciousness, or the essential consciousness, broadens horizons).
The word Messiah is also derived from mass (touch), which means grasping the essence of something. It can also be divided into M/Sah (Ù…/سØ). We previously said that the Mim indicates encompassing and completing details, while Sah in language means pouring. Thus, Christ Consciousness is the one in which divine names (details) are gathered, becoming the Greatest Name. The complete motion of the Mim is directed toward Sah, i.e., pouring, which indicates that what I call Christ Consciousness is the first dimension and the first emanation because it is complete.
In its original arrangement (the letters are H.M.S (Ø Ù… س) according to the alphabetical order, and H.M.S is a linguistic root meaning intensity). The motion of magnifying the Ha for encompassing and growth sought the help of the temporal Ya since magnification requires time to grow. The Mim completed this magnification by addressing its deficiencies. Here, we reached the perfection of this motion, which gathered everything within it and directed itself toward the Sin, which harmonized the details of what was gathered into one system and one law, as Sin in its composition is S.N (س Ù†), meaning to establish a law or Sunnah (divine law).
Between the literal meaning of Masaha (wiped) and Hamas (intensity)... this reminded me of the original and inverse emanation, from the whole to the part and from the part to the whole.
I follow the system of letter meanings, which is based on determining the meaning of a letter based on its motion as a sound wave and its composition as a written form. This approach simulates the origin of the universe according to the Big Bang theory and relies on sound and motion in the vocal apparatus to define the meaning of the letter, unlike the prevalent linguistic studies that consider letters to be meaningless phonetic units.
